Mobility Class

If you are feeling stiff, tight, or have not moved your body well in a while, this is a great place to start.
The Wednesday Mobility Class is a free community class designed to help adults improve mobility, body awareness, strength, and confidence through simple, practical movement.
You do not need experience. You do not need to already be fit. You do not need to keep up with anyone else.
This is a supportive place to begin.
What this class is about
This session focuses on building real, usable movement through bodyweight training and improving body awareness.
We work through simple ground-based patterns, core control, mobility, and strength in a way that is easy to follow and practical to apply.
Everything is broken down clearly and taught step by step.

No martial arts experience is needed.

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early so you can settle in and start warming up.
